LIVE WORKS is an ongoing programme within the Gerrit Rietveld Academy open for students of all departments to work with time, space, the body, to explore the field between fine art, performance, ritual, ceremony, theatre.

LIVE WORKS presented in Hollandse Nieuwe Festival ’11 works of 5 Rietveld students, two of them in their final year and 3 of them graduated in july ’11. They have explored the MCbuilding and observed how people use the space. Works specially made for the festival, the MC theaterbuilding and the time interval between performances.
